Stabble time

Tom-chan and I recently started watching Fruits Basket.... very cute anime. ^_^ And well-written enough to make me wish to seek out ficcage about it. This led me to ff.net.... and knowing Geoduck had written a nicely awful drabble about Kyo and leeks, I decided to see if he'd done more.

He has.

Oh, Kami-sama, he has.... >_<

The drabble with the milk based plot has earned Geoduck an immediate stabble if I should ever get within stabble-range of him.

There's some pretty good ones, though. Like the one I'm reading now, "Side Effects". I'm giggling so hard it hurts.

Kyo and Tohru are so cute together. I hope Yuki doesn't steal her away. Don't get me wrong, I like Yuki, even if he's a trifle too feminine even by bishounen standards. I just think poor Kyo deserves her more.

Finding readable fics by other authors is, as always, an exercise in patience. But this one was kinda sweet: Amari ni Utsukushii by Kyou-kun no Onigiri

Ick. The concept of "couples" in Fruits Basket is revolting. I really liked the way it was a "friendship triangle" instead of a "love triangle" for once. It really added to the charm of the series.

That, and Hatori/Hatsuharu angst.
