sethrakAt this rate I am going to need to set up a separate Dreamwidth folder for all the comms I want to bookmark and decide later if I want to add them to my circle - and I've only done two posts here. ^_^ I am a bit of a klepto/hoarder when it comes to bookmarks in general.

Mark's class is doing an optional class trip to a local nature center Thursday. Because the district is low on funds, parents have to transport their own kids. I'm strongly considering going - but the nature center's on the far west side of town, almost by Garden Of The Gods. I've never driven anywhere near there before. It's giving my driving anxiety mild twinges. I have found two potentially viable routes on Google Maps, but I'm not sure they'll prove drivable-by-me when it comes down to it.
Well. :;sigh:: It's an optional field trip, after all, and it's replacing that day's class. The fee's only 4 bucks. If I do lose it, or get lost, I can bail without harming more than my dignity.

I never did finish that cross-stitch project I vowed to finish within a week, back on LJ. It's only got a couple hours of work left, so I can probably do it in one night, perhaps two. Tonight will not be that night.davner and I need to knuckle down and review ABA therapy providers in the area and decide who we want to sign Mark up with. The services he's getting through District 11 so far are awesome, and the people I've dealt with, since the initial fiasco of enrollment, are excellent, and Mark likes most of them. (He climbs on Ms. Dani's lap and hugs her and plays with her hair - he's only known her a couple weeks. And she has hair almost as short as my husband. Normally he's all about the long hair.)
But the school year ends May 20th, and all services through the district will ed until school resumes in fall. So. Responsible Sethra is responsible. That cross-stitch project has waited for almost four years. It can wait one more night.
