Sep. 5th, 2013 01:28 pmThere are a lot of reasons why I spent my teens and a goodly chunk of my twenties somewhere between 100 and 120 pounds, looking more like an emaciated victim of anorexia than my actual weight. (Anorexia, not one of the reasons.)
One of the biggest was my perpetual inability to make a saving roll against *lazy*. ::sigh, temple rub:: Cooking food takes effort, damn it.
Right now I am fighting off a massive case of 'don't wanna eat, or move, or DO ANYTHING'. I'm managing to avert the tendency to skip meals, at least, thanks to frozen chow mein.
I may be squishier than I like. But I am never going down the rabbit hole of unhealthy thinness again.
