sethrakInstead of stupid gastrointestinal tricks?
Cold feet, progressing to cold ankles and calves and back again, plus cold upper arms, requiring cocooning in heavy blankets for several hours until surface body temperature resumed normal. That's pretty much par for the course with the gastro issues, but this time? No digestive issues at all. Just congestion from right side of nose to right sinuses to right ear, plus raw painful back of throat, and lots of fatigue.
I am beyond glad that this morning was the last of Tom's early-morning-duty for the week, and hopefully for MANY weeks to come.
Going to retrieve a finally-awake Jack from his room, and then gulp down sweet sweet Dr. Pepper.
Getting back on the caffeine wagon and working on my pitiful exercise regimen can wait til next week.
