(I feel like I posted something about this before, but a quick skim of recent entries turned up nothing.)
So, last week, while I was fighting off cold virii and Nyquil side-effects, we got a letter in the mail from my mother.
Addressed to my brother Brian.
Who has never lived under my roof. Or been assigned to this base. Or lived in this state.
Yeah.
IMed Brian, who was just as confused as I am. Taking Jack to the post office in a minute to mail it on to him. Would have just slipped it into another envelope and slapped a stamp on it - there's an outgoing mailbox attached to all the incoming base housing cul de sac boxes - but it was in a 6" by 9" envelope, and had three first class 'Forever' stamps.
Wonder what she'll try next?
