sethrakContacts yesterday? Fail.
The twelve-packs of caffeine free coke and Canada Dry ginger ale? Left them in the cart at the comm. parking lot, and didn't notice until after the Zodlings were in bed. Fail.
FAFSA? Not a fail, but by that point in the evening I was too tired and cross to deal with a couple hours' worth of form-filling.
Sigh. Dav and I are going to work on it tonight. I need his tax info, as he did our taxes online through a military website, and I did not do any state taxes on my own, having no personal income.
Haven't gotten the response to my new transcript request, but based on the last one, I don't really expect it til Friday. Possibly not til next week, and the holiday weekend's coming up.
If this morning's contact attempt fails, I'm calling Optometry and canceling the appt. tomorrow. They were quite clear on the necessity of having the contacts in for said appt. Again, sigh.
Today's plans involve mostly staying home, working on the contacts issue, and doing more work on Mark's toilet training. >_< It'd be damn nice if he were well on the way to being trained by the time school starts...
Weekend plans involve Jack's birthday party (Squee!), getting the last of the sprouted onions into full-sized pots, and doing real estate recon. Also, barbequeing some excellent steaks that were on sale at Target. :D We're doing a home-made vegan cake for Jak's party. I doubt Mark will touch it, but Jack will hopefully enjoy it. He thought his chocolate Easter bunny was awesome, after all.
