When I was doing laundry, and trying to play with Mark, and had the repairman in for the stove, I could not get that child to hush, or to accept that being held in any position but upright and with Mommy in motion was allowed by the Geneva Conventions On Babies.

Now that his warm-enough-for-January full-length suits are dry? He's snoring like somebody slipped him a mickey.

::face-palms again::

I need to get diapers and wipes! I wanna go to Burger King! But I don't wanna wake him! That way lies death and madness! And radish famines! Apparently I turn quasi-Fraggle when sleep deprived.

We won't even get into how he's been refusing to sleep well at night lately, and makes strange noises when he is asleep and I'm trying to sleep too. I'm blaming that on his first tooth coming through.(::brief maternal squee::) I'd stick him in the playpen at night, but with this cold snap, I've been closing the downstairs vents when we're all in bed, so I can lower the thermostat and Mark can still be warm.

I blame that earworm on captainecchi. She posted about it the other day. It's been my inner background music ever since. I'm buying it on iTunes when I can afford it. Maybe then the evil earworm demons will be appeased. ^_^
