Did I give birth to a zombie?
Sep. 24th, 2008 09:28 amI was awakened at 4 am by a two-month-old trying to nom on my arm in his sleep.
Tried scooting backwards a bit, before I awoke enough to remember the time this tactic nearly resulted in me falling out of bed, because the little goof kept wriggling closer. Rolled from my back to my left side, back facing him, instead.
Jack proceeded to wriggle several inches forward and attempt nomming on my back. Still asleep, mind you.
I sat up, spilling sleepy curses from my mouth, and tried to move him back to the middle of the bed. That woke him up. Attempts to soothe him with cuddles and pacifier were to no avail. We decamped to the couch with a bottle and eventually fell asleep.
