Let it snow, let it snow...
Jan. 15th, 2008 01:36 pmIt's snowing. In Hampton Roads. Granted, it isn't sticking, as yet, but it's flurrying vigorously enough to freak out those Virginians who are natives rather than military spouse transplants like me.
Dearie dearie me and possibly lawks. I'm glad I've got no reason to drive anywhere today. Hope
davner is ok on the ride home. Local drivers seem unable to cope with even small amounts of snow.
Tomorrow morning is Mark's appt. with Dr. Morales, the CHKD allergist we were referred to by Tricare. I predict blood samples and teary screaming Zodlings. -_- But we need the information, so Mommy will just have to apply massive amounts of cuddles and apple juice. (Deb, did I tell you about introducing apple juice? He loves the stuff now. We give him roughly 4-6 ounces after his 8 ounce glasses of milk at meal time. Cheaper than soy milk, and makes the soy last longer.)
May post longer later. First trimester fatigue sucks, particularly when combined with insomnia of no discernable cause. x_x I may break out a can of caffeine free Dr. Pepper from my stash.
