It's been ten days since my prenatal blood glucose test. They said they'd call me if any abnormalities were found. Can I assume it's been long enough that they would have contacted me by now, and thus rest easy?

Doctor's offices are lousy about calling back. The fact they haven't called back about 99% means it's fine and they're planning to give you the boring normal result at the next checkup, but it's better to know for sure, and you don't need any extra worries of any kind. A phone call takes just a few minutes of your time, and it's so worth it in terms of peace of mind.

I'll have to call Monday: the clinic's closed for the weekend now. The triage nurse and Labor & Delivery are open 24-7, 365, but they wouldn't have access to the test results.
