Going to Kelly's babyshower/birthday party for her husband/hella huge shindig later this afternoon.
Dav buying me the first DVD of the new A!MG tv series, American release, and watching it with him before he left for Missouri. Squee! No Skuld or Urd yet, but squee! Very cute, and follows the manga a bit better than the OAV did. Can't wait til the second volume comes out. :D
Learning that our bridesmaid and best man have finally ceased dithering over their relationship and gotten engaged. :D Woohoo! Wedding's set tentatively for July, in Texas. This may interfere with our ability to afford attending Otakon, but we shall see. At least for Otakon we can drive up there, and stay in Space A rooms on the nearby base. That'll save money.
Poinging over to Sluggy Freelance for the first time in ages, after having to explain to my kawaii teenaged sister what "poing" means. I'm astonished I hadn't used the term in an IM to her before. Had NO earthly idea just how far abck I needed to start re-reading in order to play catchup - I got sick of the Dimension of Evil Saturday plotline drawn by the guy who does Bruno the Bandit - so I simply poinged to the storyline Torg Potter and the President from Arkansas. :D Hadn't read that spoof yet.
Note to Dav: You had better work in the bit I suggsted about Ruri-ruri doing the finger-wiggle and "Mysteeeeerrrrrious" combo for Oysters and Pearls. :D Or beatings will commence.
Plotting for Otakon, and cosplaying as Filia, if I can find a *good* costume maker. :D Jeff? Anybody from the ICG that you care to recommend?
