davner, who always asks when I remind him he isn't actually a black gansta, but a Caucasian from the Floridian sticks, "Where IS Caucasia?!" Still not sure why the term became associated with us melanin-deprived folk, though.
Squee! It's a boy! I find it endlessly amusing that Mei Xiang abandoned her cub for the sake of a bamboo snack. ^_^ The National Zoo should seriously consider marketing a baby panda cub plushie. Just LOOK at him....! ::is in danger of terminal squeelocity here:: Such a pity the Panda-Cam doesn't work on our connection... ;_;
