Health State of the Sethra

Managed to get halfway through the second of the two segments I chose before needing to stop for lack of breath and minor chest pains. Managed to not die. Managed to regain enough breath after a short break to scour the entire downstairs for stray toys, albeit slowly, so as to keep moving post-workout rather than go back to bed and risk injury to my muscles.
Still VERY not-happy about the chest pain and easy loss of breath. But the only cure for that is very careful cardio exercise until it gets better.
Still hovering around 155 lbs., but not terribly fussed about it. I'm much more interested in improving my overall health than the scale's numbers.
Going back to bed for half an hour before the Zodlings awaken.
