Got the hold cleared!

Young man: "Ma'am, the hold is because you had a loan from Perkins or some other sort of loan and were supposed to do an exit interview about the rights and responsibilities of a loan recipient."
Me: "But I paid all my loans in full years ago."
YM: "What was your name again?"
Me: "(Married name), spelled ()," ::moved away to avoid helpful man-terruption fromdavner::, "but I attended as (Maiden name), spelled ()."
YM: "Hold, please."
Me, on hold: ::gently reminded Davner that, y'know, I AM aware that their records have me as my maiden name, but as my current name is different, I gave that first, esp. since it's the one I used to make the e-request for the transcript::
YM: "Thank you for holding, ma'am. As I said, you were supposed to do an exit interview, but as you already are paid in full, it's really just a formality. We need to manually remove that hold, and I'll do so now."
Me: "Are you SURE there's no other holds or fees or anything preventing me from getting my transcripts?"
YM: "Yes, ma'am, you just need to resubmit the request."
Yay!!!!
Granted, it'll likely take another week. >_< But still, yay! The thought of ten years of library fines and accumulated interest gave me pause.
