Jun. 22nd, 2010 03:58 pmFinally got off my rear and called Optometry about rescheduling my contacts appt.
I suspect my version of Binky's Anxiety Closet would contain telephones.
Anyway, it's for Thursday morning, assuming Dav can get the time off to watch the Zodlings on such short notice.

I really need to figure out why I keep stubbing my poor abused right pinkie toe. Normally the culprits are large solid objects like chair legs, or hooking it on the gaps in the baby gate.
Just now, while on hold with Optometry? It was one of Davner's houseslippers. And instead of running electric stabble-y fire up my right leg and along my spine to just below the neck? It skipped straight up to the spot right between my shoulders, no pain in the intervening tissue. Also, despite it being a direct hit to the toe-tip, instead of a variation on a side hit or toehook, I'm still getting a puffy tender lump at the base of the toe, next to its neighbor.
It's too damn hot to wear shoes in the house, damn it. >_, Not that shoes entirely protected my toes from my own clumsiness...
