sethrakOh my God. Just got off the phone with Terra Vista management. They will not be sending someone out to fix our a/c after all.
BECAUSE WE HAVE NO A/C TO FIX.
Also, we will not be leaving this unit until September, not July, because they are not slated to start the next phase of construction until then. But we're free to install window units! (In the weird sideways-opening windows which would leave a pretty big gap atop the unit to be plugged. Which we would have to do in a sufficiently attractive manner by Terra Vista's standards...)
