Is it possible that your gastro troubles are an allergy? Some of the more obnoxious, insidious allergies hide under the guise of GI troubles. One of my roommates in NOLA has a touchy system that is probably related to a corn or soy allergy. (We're not too excited to find out which, because both are ugh.)
